About
Enterprise email signature management tool for Office/O365, targeted toward two distinct audiences:
- IT pros who find signature management overly time-consuming;
- Marketing pros who want a comprehensive signature management solution they can use without IT assistance.
To accomplish these two sets of needs, we've built Dynasend around a "full-service" model. We take over the signature HTML coding, setting up the database structure, building the data input forms, and especially managing all of the "special requests" that seem to be ongoing in the world of email signatures. In other words, we work directly with marketing, so IT doesn't have to.
Dynasend is an ultra-secure platform. The deployment of the email signatures is via a modern Outlook/O365 add-in, leveraging Microsoft's "API email signature events", and is done, enterprise wide, in just minutes from the O365 administrative control panel. Banner/campaign management standard, AD sync available (but not necessary).
