Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very detailed website of the features and prices. Very responsive with phone calls. I really appreciate that they had the same associates handling my case every time that I called in. Thanks to Maria and Berj! They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup. Easiest software by far, the migration process was very easy thanks to the support. Great features that our other software didn't have. We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money. DoorLoop has allowed us to save time and money by streamlining our entire tenant application process. We can easily do background checks on prospective tenants and communicate from one software. We were able to start using DoorLoop from the very first day, which has allowed us to save time and money. All of our information is stored in one place, and we can easily share it with anyone we need to. Cons I have no real concerns as of right now but can't imagine having many (if any). I haven't found something I dislike and I'm looking forward to see the growing process. I am glad to have DoorLoop because it takes care of our business very well. At this moment I don’t see any cons associated with technical functionality. Having everything automated has made my team’s lives significantly easier. N/A everything has been great so far. I love the Tenant and owner portals and online payment options. I love how I can list properties for rent right through the program. I also love how I can get help 24/7 at no cost. It gives you most of what you need, without the large cost of other online cloud based software. I found the software easy to use, but I have previous experience with this type of program, they all have their quirks. Reports are easy to configure, by date and property. Cons There were some occasional glitches, nothing biggy but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome. I wish that I could separate the tenants by properties on the tenant page, I do not like how it blends all of them together. The tax information could be better, again for the price it is fine. I do wish when you needed a report the information didn't have to be put in each time. Also wish when you put in an expense from a previous month the program would stay in the month you were in, not go to the current date.
