Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We like that all our documents are centralized and easy to access. The user interface is straightforward enough for day-to-day use. The document management system provided by Docsvault meets our organizational and offers excellent adaptability. Cons No cons as such. Just Mobile access doesn't have all the features like it has for the desktop. A cloud version has not yet been released, but the on-premise system functions well and provides access through both web and mobile.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is very user friendly Very customizable Easy to create workflows Installation and implementation was nothing short of easy. The team at FileHold walked us through all stages and we were up and functioning within an hour. Cons Font is a little small and it is not adjustable There is not a collapse all for the folders - do not love having to click the - sign when I have 20 folders open Cant identify any cons to address. We had zero issues with the install and so far, no issues in using the tool.
