About

Docshark combines secure document sending, read proof, e-signatures, and data rooms into one link, so you always know a document was read before it was signed. Unlike DocuSign or DocSend, Docshark handles the entire flow in one place. Share a controlled link with a password, expiry, and view limits. Track time spent on every page. Collect signatures with OTP identity verification, 20+ field types, sequential routing, and a tamper-evident audit trail. For multi-file deals, Spaces gives you a data room with an NDA gate, per-file permissions, watermarks, and a built-in Q&A inbox. Mako, the built-in AI assistant, auto-suggests field placement and generates plain-language briefings for signers. Built for agencies, founders, legal, and ops teams who send contracts, proposals, and NDAs. Free plan available. No credit card required.

About

DocuStacker is cloud-based document management software for businesses that need a shared, searchable place to organize work files. Teams can upload documents, arrange them in folders and categories, and search by name, tags, or document content. The platform supports controlled access, file sharing, collaboration, comments, and version history, helping teams keep contracts, invoices, client records, case files, and other business documents organized. Teams can configure folders to fit existing workflows and access files from different devices through the cloud. DocuStacker describes use cases for legal, accounting, finance, operations, and construction teams, including organizing documents by client, matter, or project. Paid plans add broader collaboration, support, and capabilities for larger teams; monthly plans are listed for Starter, Professional, and Business.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I’ve been using Docshark for a few weeks, and it’s been a solid tool for sending and signing important documents. What stands out is that it combines secure sharing, read proof, and e-signatures in one workflow, so I get much better visibility than with standard e-sign tools.
  • I started using Docshark right when it launched last week and it already feels like a tool that has been refined for years, the interface is super clean, the AI features actually save you real time and getting contracts sorted out went from a headache to something I barely think about now, our whole team got comfortable with it really fast

Cons

  • Some guides feel a bit high-level, especially when you want deeper workflow examples or more advanced implementation detail.
  • Would love to see third-party integrations added
