Docket is a scope change management tool for studios and agencies. It owns one moment most tools miss: the mid-project client request that nobody formally tracks.
Clients submit change requests through a structured link — no account required. They describe what they want, why, any reference material, and the deadline. You're notified, then assess the impact (accept, decline, or discuss) and add cost and timeline figures. Docket generates a plain-English summary — "Adding the dashboard: +3 days, +$800. Approval required before work begins" — and sends it back as a link. The client approves or declines in seconds.
Every approval is timestamped, attributed, and permanent, with email and click tracking plus optional verification for high-value projects. The full log lives with each project: filterable, and exportable as a signed PDF for invoicing or dispute resolution.
