Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Valuable product that helps build business credit! Offers many good benefits and services that will help establish credit. Simplified our spending and tracking. They really listen to our thoughts, troubles and suggestions. Love that it's all in one place. They have a great service, perfect customer service, amazing virtual cards. I can generate a large amount of virtual cards. The app is really good and working properly so I can use when I want. Divvy have been Simple, Elegant and Agile. So far the best service ever. When I found about this card and it’s ability to build credit I was sold. The application process was quick and the features have been easy to understand. The setup of the website has been straightforward. Being able to fund your account with what you want is great. This card has been easy to use. I really like the ability to create different cards and budgets for vendors as it creates better organization. The app is great and has the same functionality as going on the website. Cons You have to meet certain requirements to qualify. New company so working out kinks and bugs customer service was hard to get ahold of for a while but works better now. They did not say to me about the rewards before I opened the account, just after I had my account working I can discovered that I can just redeem my rewards after 1 year. It should be changed I really hate to discover after. I had a lot issues to managed to open account, but in the end I could do it. No cons so far. My experience has been good as of now. I don’t currently have any. I feel everything has been straightforward.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good sales team, that's for sure. There is nothing positive about finally unless you like spending money on a possible scam or complete incompetence. Nothing to like. The sales process was believable and the salesperson was trustworthy. His name was Jack and I think he truly believed in what he was selling. NOT ONE SINGLE THING! Everything about this company is a literal DISASTER and I could not fire them fast enough!!! Cons I cannot begin to describe the level of frustration (or expense) that we have experienced in the last year. The accountants don't ask questions & don't shut up & listen long enough for us to complete a sentence anyway. Email questions or concerns go largely unanswered but rest assured they'll pull the payments for their 12 month contract shamelessly. Absolutely the Worst Bookkeeping Experience I've Ever Had Working with Finally Bookkeeping was a complete nightmare from start to finish. I paid for services like reconciling and invoicing, none of which were ever completed. Scheduling a meeting was nearly impossible, and on the rare occasion I did manage to book one, they would cancel last minute and then follow up with a suspicious email trail that made it look like I had canceled. Unbelievably unprofessional. At one point, they told me my general ledger was incorrect, then asked me if I knew why, without providing any details. They miscategorized taxes paid as personal income, which is a major and avoidable error. When I asked them to pull a simple report, they told me I should contact my former bookkeeper instead. Completely unacceptable. For five months, they repeatedly asked me to submit the same reports. I complied every time, and every month they acted like it was the first time they'd asked. When I questioned whether I was submitting them incorrectly, I got no response. During onboarding, I watched them access all my accounts, yet every time I asked why something wasn't done, they claimed they didn't have access. I went through the entire process of granting permissions again, only to be told again that they didn’t have access. Whether this was incompetence or a scam, I can't say. But it was hands down the worst, most frustrating, and most unproductive experience I’ve ever had with a bookkeeping service. This is only a handful of examples of completely unprofessional and unacceptable practices. Save your time, money, and sanity. Look elsewhere. For 6 months they pulled $250 off my card! For 6 months they made me upload statements. For 6 months, I didn't hear a peep out of them. After 6 months, I wanted out. They beat around the bush getting back to me. Them my reps excuse was she was sick. Everything else. My experience was a complete disaster. EVERYTHING!!! NO communication, couldn't correctly categorize transactions, didn't handle one single thing for filing taxes, made us late to file and will cost us exorbitant late fees, took MONTHS for the first email about ANYTHING regarding our accounting, they take weeks to reply to an email but STILL don't answer questions, all they care about is their MONEY.
