Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Here are the things I liked about Digitile: - It's a simple web-based platform to organize cloud files. - Dropbox, Google Drive, one-time and other leading cloud platform support. - Easy to search and auto-tag feature. #1- Digitile is available on chrome extension and Slack integration. #2- It makes cloud file search effortless and easy to find. #3- it supports and let you search from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and some other platform. #4- Digitile is very simple and convenient to use. Efficient search capability. Excellent utility for saving time. Modern Sleek User Interface. Integrates with Gmail, Outlook and most other cloud solutions. Has a Basic Free forever plan with unlimited integrations. Really quick live chat support. Cons Overall it's an outstanding platform. No cons. #1- Nothing to dislike about Digitile. It makes my file searching easy. Not available for local or offline use. No mobile application.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros DocSend is a secure document sharing platform, it allows to share with password lock method. On the positive side, it's very intuitive and easy to setup. Role-based permission is also allowed to give the user-specific access permission. As a user and administrator I highly recommend this. The software works well for small and slightly larger companies, but for bigger transactions or companies this falls short on several levels: DocSend helps us to keep our confidential documents secure and accessible at any time. Some of its features are instant notifications, live present, real-time content, document watermarking, viewer verification, custom reporting etc. Easily integrates with Gmail, Dropbox, OneDrive and Outlook. It creates unique link for each viewer we want to track. Multiple documents can be shared at a time. Secure and reliable app. Cons DocSend is good for document sharing but the interface is slightly bad. Each "Space" can only accommodate 1000 documents. This may sound like a lot, but uploading monthly statements from several bank accounts and several years can easily take up a significant amount of this. And it's not disclosed. You cant upload a "folder" you have to recreate the folder and then upload contents. If you have several folders within folders you have to recreate this structure in DocSend. While it is only $10 per user -- I am paying +$200 per month because I needed larger Space size (1000 documents). The navigation to update or add users is terrible: 1. Go to Space 2. Hit "Share" 3. Press the "..." that shows up on next screen 4. Hit "Edit Link Settings" 5. Hit "Manage" 6. Enter email, hit "Add" Also, the platform does not notify members if a document is added or updated -- so the users need to be notified after you upload or change a doc. And support is not immediate -- usually about an hour and not available on weekends. Customer support are very supportive. Love the way they handle issues. No cons.
