Differential Bio is a virtual scale-up platform for bioprocess optimization that makes microbial growth more predictable, scalable, and cost-effective through robotic lab automation and AI-driven insights. Its workflow begins with automated, high-throughput experiments that mimic large-scale stress factors in microliter environments and generate industry-relevant wet-lab data through liquid handling, fermentation, and measurement. Specialized AI models use that data to predict outcomes such as biomass growth, protein expression, cell viability, titer, production rate, yield, and cost.
