About

Feastudy, developed by Devfeas, is a comprehensive property feasibility software tailored for Australian developers, investors, valuers, and financiers. Feastudy enables users to quickly, accurately, and comprehensively assess the financial viability of property development or investment proposals. It generates a variety of reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analyses, GST summaries, sensitivity analyses, and detailed input reports. It assists in determining the maximum price to pay for a development site or investment, offering reader-friendly, professional-style printed reports and graphs suitable for external finance applications. Feastudy is designed for ease of use, requiring minimal keystrokes for data entry, with much of the "thinking" already done and ample accessible help available. Since its inception in 1988, Feastudy has become the industry standard in Australia.

About

TwiceOver is a web-based stock and options analysis tool for active traders. Users can analyze U.S.-listed tickers without linking an account, or connect a brokerage account in read-only mode to examine holdings. For supported positions, the service groups option legs into structures and presents breakeven, maximum profit, maximum loss and current profit or loss. Traders can define price targets, maximum-loss limits and days-to-expiration rules and see how holdings compare with them. Ticker analyses bring together fundamentals, technical levels, sector conditions, peer comparisons, news and catalysts, market commentary and macro context, with a conditional outlook across near-, mid- and longer-term horizons. TwiceOver is for research and analysis; it does not place trades. Free access includes 10 analyses per month. Core costs $49 per month, includes 200 monthly analyses, and comes with a 14-day free trial.
