Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy for adding apps and links, organized, helpful, fast, variety of apps categories, works like computer sometimes. - Easy to use interface - Consistent updates to the platform - Helpful knowledge base - Scalability across teams Desktop.com makes my life as a business owner easier by providing a simple solution to organize our virtual workspace. Before using this service I spent a lot of my time onboarding new employees since we are expanding rapidly. Now I simply invite them to our workspace where everything is neatly organized. Concept and ability to share with others. Not much else to really say at this time. Sure it will get better. Cons I have just one and it is that I can't add some apps. - Original release was limited - Doesn't always have the apps needed The communications features within the team are somewhat limited at the moment but they are currently working on it I have been told. We are using Slack already so it's not a big deal. That I didn't think of it. Not much negative to say.
