Statseeker monitors networks of any size, polling up to one million interfaces every 60 seconds, collecting network data such as SNMP, ping, NetFlow (sFlow and J-Flow), syslog and trap messages and API data, as well as SDN configuration and health metrics. Your network performance data is never averaged or rolled up. This removes the guesswork in identifying over- and underutilized infrastructure, conducting root cause analysis, or capacity planning. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have all the essential info in my dashboard, or just 1 or 2 clicks away. Very easy to use and intuitive. It has easy to use configuration tools which allows you to quickly configure and customize the metrics and alerts you need to monitor your systems. It also provides comprehensive analytics and insights into your infrastructure and applications, so you can make informed decisions about how to improve your performance. Datadog is just an overall awesome solution for monitoring our systems and endpoints. The analytics Datadog provides are second to none, and it integrates with everything. Huge fan of the dashboards they provide. -It comes with a lot of useful features like visualization, error finding, and network mapping. -It has a high-speed log searching system. -It allows integration with other apps to increase productivity. -You get regular updates so that the user experience remains excellent. -It has many features like fast and powerful search for queries, creating graphs based on logs, and many more. -You can put everything into one dashboard irrespective of their time zones. -It has a simple UI and can Integrate with other apps like slack very easily to maximize your performance. Cons It could be less pricy. A bit too expensive for small teams. There's not a lot of third-party integrations, which could limit its usefulness for some specific use cases. The alerting options could be limited for specific types of configurations which could be an issue. Bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected with such a comprehensive solution. -It delays the monitoring if you operate in a complex database structure. -It is a bit pricy if we compare it with other alternatives. -The setup and configuration are a bit difficult for a beginner or inexperienced people. -There is no role-based access control that is a security concern. -Navigating through User Interface consumes a lot of time.		Pros from Real Users Pros Statseeker offers a wide range of options for monitoring differnt network devices. The ability to dive into the statistics of every single interface of our deployment is a key component in administering the global network. A usecase which is used very often is the reporting of WAN connections, since these often are the bottelneck of many remote locations. Information about the current and past utilisation are vital for planing new lines and connections. This feature helps to size the lines corretly which is a huge cost benefit for the company. The vendor support is very helpful, responsive and helps with updates, configuration and Troubleshooting. Very easy to use and understand. The dashboard layouts are awesome. Have been using it so long i remember what it was like before the dashboards were available, and it was a great product back then. Very powerful product and easy to use, and the support team are very responsive and always happy to help when needed. - Super easy to deploy and get basic setup within hours. - Lightweight and super fast polling engine. OA appliance also adds greater visibility for remote sites. - Flexible alerting engine and grouping of devices/interfaces - Great dashboard editor allowing quick and easy layouts/changes - Excellent support team for any technical issues. They are super responsive and happy to help. This product can handle hundreds of thousands of elements without significantly affecting the CPU and memory. In addition it provides flexibility with a suite of CLI commands to configure and report on elements. Support staff are highly skilled and friendly. The few times I have reached out they never make you feel like it is an imposition, and always respond in a timely manner. Ease of installation: Statseeker is easy to install and maintain. Excellent support: Support is fast and you are connected with a knowledgeable support person on the first contact. Cost: Pricing model is very cost efficient for a network monitor. Numerous useful dashboards, reports and alerts that are available out of the box and easy to setup and configure. Great support. Reporting - can easily create customised scheduled reports. Alerts-can create meaningful alerts for certain threshold breaches for a specific group. GUI, navigating / quick access to graphs/stats, vendor support. Ease of administration. Statseeker's highly customisable dashboards have proven invaluable in providing us with a clear and detailed visibility into our network. The level of support we receive from their team is exceptional, consistently open to considering and implementing any ideas or improvements we propose. Easy and the ability to see device data and uptime and statistics. Alerting is fast and reliable. The team are very helpful with support and also customising to suite our environment, If something doesn't work they will help and get it working for you and ensure it is supported as best they can. 10/10 for Support!
