DaemonLayer sits upstream of your PSA and automates the repetitive Microsoft 365 requests that consume engineer time. Password resets, group changes, mailbox permissions, user updates, licence assignments and out-of-office configuration are handled end-to-end, without a technician touching the ticket. Inbound support emails are classified automatically, triaged with AI, and routed to your service desk with full context already assembled. Before triage completes, DaemonLayer has pulled M365 user context, checked historical tickets for related cases, scored confidence, and suggested the right technician. Triage completes in under four seconds. Integrates bidirectionally with ConnectWise and Autotask. PSA embedded panels surface triage summaries, duplicate alerts, and workflow approvals without leaving your ticketing system.
