	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything in one place — CRM and project management combined, which has simplified how our team tracks clients and projects. Trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely open to feedback. Love that we know have a back end to our business AND marketing benefits. That is ultimately what sold us on this option. I love that I can use a platform to have all the client information I need from financials, to proposals to ordering and the client is able to view and see whatever we choose. Houzz Pro has been a great tool for keeping my leads and active projects organized. The scheduling features are especially helpful for coordinating my clients, internal team, and trade partners so everyone knows what is happening and when. They seem to have thought of everything for remodelers and designers. And they have excellent customer service. The customer service is always prompt and actually seem to want to help. They have worked with me in custom situations and want my business to thrive. This software has greatly increased our efficiency in sales, finance, and project management. I also have seen an increase in our lead closing metrics due to the customer facing side of the software. The client dashboard has gotten rave reviews from our customers and they really enjoy the way estimates are presented. Also, the AI integration has been huge. Cons Training is entirely self-directed, with customers dictating their own schedule and topics. That may work for teams who already know what they need, but as our first CRM/PM software, we didn't know what we didn't know, so we likely missed features we'd have benefited from. Adoption across the team has also been slower than expected as a result. The proposal and payment system can sometimes be confusing for clients. This becomes problem some when you're doing revisions and updating proposals regularly. The main drawback is that the software has a lot of detailed features, so it took me some time to learn the program and become comfortable using it. Now that I am fully set up and familiar with the system, it works great and has become a valuable part of managing my construction business. It is expensive if you are just starting out. But I believe they have entry level price options. The contract side of the software could use some enhancement. We have established contract documents that dont format into Houzz. We still utilize Docusign for that reason. It would be nice to be able to utilize Houzz for that as well.
