	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Real time contact syncing and ability to centralize contact info within the team - Easy setup and integration with the gmail app - Delivers on core feature: Ability to always have up to date contacts Using it for 2 years now, more than 1,000 contacts retrieved from my email boxes and updated automatically. Cheap and super convenient. I like the data capture as long as it worked. However, for the past several years it has not worked. They claim it was because I had both Outlook & Gmail on the computer. I never used Outlook! Cons Dashboard could be redesigned but all the core functionalities are there. Team has been responsive to my product ideas. Design could be improved but I love the new site. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had from ANY software company. Apparently a very small company and no one knows how to correct particular software problems
