Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Excellent support from the team. Whether that be technical support or help with client presentations. The dropdown menus in a variable template is very useful for the end user experience, these are relatively easy to create along with personalised QR codes. Great product, easy to use and the backup service from the Team is outstanding. Very fast to setup client portals. Low cost for a great product. With unlimited sites and users, I can put as many of my clients on the system i want. Cons Additional development per individual client requirement can be costly. A bit confusing using the coding to move fields up and down if used or not. None that I can think of. The software is really good. There is very little I can comment on negatives. The only thing i can think of is it would be good if they could have a library of products.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a company. I ordered from them in the past with no problems, but something must have changed recently because my catalog was a complete hack job. It is nice that you can print a single copy of your book, but alas, the quality is poor and once a technical issue arises, you are left in the dark as if they do not really care. Great quality photo books, we have gotten various compliments from our customers. Customer service agents are always very friendly and try their best to solve any issues. Cons Horrible printing. Incorrect setup. Rude customer service. Quality of print is poor, delivery times are far too long, consumers service practically does not exist. You will never get a reply, even when your question concern basic technical issue which would help you to proceed with your order. Product development and shipping could be a bit quicker but generally Peecho delivers on what they promise.
