Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a medium-sized company, we use ContractHero as our main contract management solution. The platform offers us a user-friendly and reliable way to store and organise all our contracts in one place. I particularly appreciate the integrated search function, which allows me to find contracts quickly and easily. The ability to share and comment on contracts with other team members is also very helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with ContractHero! The software has helped me to keep track of our contracts. I especially like the clear presentation of contract details and the possibility to file documents directly in the software. As a start-up, we were looking for an effective and easy-to-use contract management software and came across ContractHero. What we particularly like is the intuitive user interface, which allows us to manage our contracts centrally and clearly. The ability to import contracts directly from emails has also made our work easier. I am impressed by ContractHero's simple and intuitive user interface. It is very easy to navigate and the different functions are well organised. I also like the ability to upload and organise contracts quickly and easily. It saves me a lot of time and effort. As a ContractHero customer, I am very impressed with the contract management tool. The software is extremely easy to use and allows me to manage contracts quickly and efficiently. I particularly like the feature to automatically renew or terminate contracts when the expiry date is reached. The ability to share contracts with colleagues and edit them together is also very helpful. Cons Unfortunately, there are also some aspects that I don't like about ContractHero. For example, it would be nice if there was a mobile app to be able to view contracts on the go. It would also be helpful to be able to edit contracts directly in the platform without having to download them and open them in another programme, but from what i heard that will be possible soon. One small point of criticism would be that the search for certain contracts could be more detailed. Otherwise, however, there is nothing to criticise about ContractHero. It would be desirable if the reporting functions were expanded even further. We would like to get even more insights into our contracts and their performance. There are not many things I don't like about ContractHero. However, one small area of improvement would be that I sometimes have trouble finding contracts when I have renamed or moved them. A better search function could be helpful here. Unfortunately, there are also a few things I don't like about ContractHero. For example, it would be nice if the programme had a function to import existing contracts. The possibility to manage contracts in different languages would also be a plus.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Lovely team of people that are great at explaining & demoing the tool (support is great too!) - Simple template set up, saving loads of time with contract creation. - Comment threads make it really easy to negotiate with partners. - Custom questions during contract creation speed up generating contracts. Responsive implementation and CS teams. Great U/I, getting more and more intuitive. Fantastic community of users who actively collaborate and inform. Simple data download of crucial data from documents in a simple, usable format. That option saves a lot of time for analysis. I absolutely appreciate how easy and user-friendly this platform is. It includes all the necessary features that we wanted and needed, for a reasonable price. Implementation was very quick and easy. Juro's Sales, Customer Service, and Support teams are fantastic - always available, responsive, and helpful in answering our questions and providing solutions. I also really appreciate Juro's simple pricing and lack of hidden/additional fees, and the fact that their product development team is continuously adding new, valuable features to the platform. Cons - Would love if internal staff could comment on contracts without having to purchase an additional licence. Platform needs more tool tips. Lack of client branding can cause counterparty confusion. - Lack of a relational database option for fields. For example, listed items in the documents. -Why only the term: "FULLY SIGNED" for the documents? Why not options like "Request read receipt"? Or something like "Confirmed the receipt of this document". So, to have confirmation that is read or/and received. As some kind document in the process of some phase in the process of signing the final agreement. The term "Fully signed", another party can find too serious in a case when some proposal is sent, for example. And as a technical flow of data is similar to signing a contract, the issue is just this term. - When pasting some tables with pictures, the format is lost in some cases, not sure why. Probably due to the macOS / Windows fonts or similar. Nothing to report at this time, the platform is great.
