Overall, Contently is a great content marketing platform that can help businesses connect with the right freelance writers and create high-quality content. Contently has given me a chance to experience a really simpler marketing in my organization. With it I can create, manage and share my content in this single platform . I enjoy the fact that I can access high volume of original content therein. Not only a workflow but makes sure every deadline is being met. Editorial calendar makes easy to see the exact content in its stage of creation. I liked that Contently was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The interface was clean and simple, and I found the content to be high-quality and well-written. I also appreciate that Contently offers a variety of content types, including articles, videos, and infographics, which helped me to learn about a variety of topics. Tried to use contently for our owned business to be known publicly. With this, freelancers or business owners alike can share their product and idea worldwide. Great user interface for users to easily follow. Cons The only thing I didn't like about Contently is that it can be a bit pricey for some businesses. However, the platform does offer a free trial so businesses can try it out before committing to a subscription. The fact that I have to constantly update my portfolio bores me but otherwise all the other features of this app are top notch. Limited functionality for user experience and not so intuitive . Analytics requires a better progress. There were a few things I didn't like about Contently. First, the interface was a bit confusing and took some time to get used to. Second, I found the content to be a bit thin on some topics. Finally, I wasn't a big fan of the way the articles were organized on the site. I don't see any issues so far since the documentation is on point especially in the website. Transform our bulky attachments (PDFs and spreadsheets) which could easily not get through email filters for large institutional investors - to visually stunning content web-based experiences to share with our decision-makers. It's a professional way to share large attachments and stand out from our competition. 2. In easy steps we simply drag-drop our supporting content pieces from the library our upload a brand-new personalized PDFs. 3. It's interconnected. No matter what type of content we share with our buyers, YouTube videos, PowerPoint presentations, PDF proposals, Blog URL’s, RELAYTO seamlessly surfaces the content to your audience in personalized journey, an experience that makes them consume more. 4. The security not only ensures the content gets in the right hands, but also gives us granular insights into individual level engagement RELAYTO is a simple, easy-to-use platform that provides a seamless transition for old information into the new digital era. Whether it is generating content for B2B sales or communicating directly to the consumers, RELAYTO does so in an efficient and effective manner. 1. Visuals are fantastic and very sleek. 2. There is a great pool of transitions/animations to. choose from to create a more interactive experience. 1. Speed-to-deliver: I went from a PowerPoint to an interactive website in a few minutes. 2. Design Flexibility: on top of AI-driven capabilities -- there is fully-featured design studio that gives no-code ability to embed anything from videos to surveys to other documents and to apply branding. 3. Intelligent distribution option and deep analytics about individual level engagement (down to hovers and clicks on unique page). Cons Like any other tool, it can take some getting used to. Support team is readily available tho. The biggest challenge is that we cannot take full advantage of RELAYTO capabilities due to the relatively dry / limited nature of our existing content library. RELAYTO makes us aware that we can raise up our content game a bit and invest more in different content types like video The user interface is mostly intuitive and requires no coding experience. However, some of the tools within the platform require some onboarding in order to use them effectively (the RELAYTO team has been very helpful). Overall, the platform is versatile and can easily be leveraged to create world-class experiences. 1. Sometimes the document animations lag a little; it shouldn't be too much of a problem with newer browser softwares. When I used the platform it was super valuable, but time-consuming to build out non-linear website-like navigation. This has recently been automated - so the algorithms do the work. Great news.
