Up until now needed to pay for 4 different apps, and to ask our employees to download them. More effective management and monitoring of employees along with their progress in their tasks & projects. I rely on this software to effectively manage my small remote team, providing essential tools for management, communication, monitoring, and collaboration. Its user-friendly interface complements the extensive range of features, making it a cost-effective investment for our organization. This software significantly enhances our daily operations, ensuring that our team's needs are met efficiently and effectively. One advantage of using this software is the effectiveness of the management and communication of this software.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has a powerful scheduling feature that allows managers to create and assign shifts or jobs to employees, see who is working at a glance, send reminders or notifications, and easily handle changes or conflicts. Employees can also view their schedules on their devices and trade shifts with coworkers if necessary. QuickBooks Time has an easy-to-use interface that makes it easy for employees to track their time, switch between projects or clients, add notes, and request time off. It also has features like GPS tracking, geofencing, overtime alerts, lunch and break breaks, crew functionality, and who's working window that helps managers monitor and manage their workforce in real time. It connects seamlessly with QuickBooks Online (and its other tools) as well as other accounting-related platforms, such as popular tools like Sage Intacct, Gusto Payroll, etc. This being because information such as billable hours, job costing (including labor costs), reports (including profitability analysis), etc. can be interconnected. without errors and without having to perform manual data entry. The free plan works great for single user or small businesses with unlimited projects, as well as affordable premium plans starting at $8 per user per month, which I consider to be one of the cheapest plans compared to competitors. Premium plans include more features like project tracking (with estimates vs. actuals), timesheet approvals (with audit trail), custom fields (for additional information), advanced reporting (with filters and export options) , etc. I consider the Elite plan to offer good tools, this being the most complete for me when it comes to managing the time of a large number of staff and thus having less control over work schedules. It offers a good experience regarding unlimited free phone, email and chat support to all customers, as well as online resources such as webinars, tutorials, videos, FAQs, blog posts, etc. That they can help any user to be able to better complement themselves with the correct management of this platform in order to have good time management within working hours. * Time entries within this platform can be done very quickly and detail as much as possible, you can also leave notes of the records for when someone wants to evaluate the entries made, making this much more practical and efficient when keeping time of the staff of any company. It just helps a lot both in facilitating timetable entries and also in keeping track of work that has been done remotely, keeping track of employees and their hours spent at work. * It is easy to be able to configure GPS tracking since this allows to have a certification of the hours registered by each employee to a certain extent. We originally used QuickBooks Time when it was still TSheets. Until that point we had been using a different system which did not integrate with our QuickBooks payroll system. Adding this timekeeping software was a game changer! It is easy to use and integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Payroll. It has cut payroll processing times from 3 days to a few hours as we no longer need to manually check and calculate everyone's hours. Plus, it has a mobile app which means our people in the field can still use the timeclock. In the office, people clock in/out using a tablet which we then use as a register during a fire evacuation event. Very easy to use program. CS department is very helpful and responsive. Easy drag and drop calendar. Two-way communication with field techs. Very stable when scheduling weeks out. Pricing is very cheap. Cons When there are internet connection problems, both the check-in and check-out times may not be synchronized well, so in some cases there may be problems in the work environment due to this event, especially when the mobile application is being used. these problems occur. I hope this issue will be corrected very soon because it is exhausting to have to manually correct tickets that were not registered correctly or missing hours that you have within this platform. The performance of the web platform is not freed from the errors that this platform usually has, so on some occasions it will have blockages or something does not work, having to refresh the website at all times having to interrupt certain things so that they can be can use normally. I hope that with the soon updates QuickBooks can correct the performance problems so that the usability and functionality are correct and there are no errors in the process. It requires prior training, especially for people who are not familiar with this type of technological platform. The training may not take much time, but it is necessary to have a better follow-up of work time. So offer employees good training so that they have good productivity with this platform and that it can be handled correctly. * The interface is not the most adapted to the work that Quickbooks really does, by this I mean that it is practically the same as when this platform was Tsheets. I don't want to say that it works badly or something similar, but that it has not captured the essence of the other QuickBooks products by not making it as intuitive for the simple fact that its development was thought with the UX of another company, therefore, I hope that they continue to improve and update it so that it is simpler to use and has that ease that other QuickBooks products have been carrying. * Integrations to other QuickBooks products such as QuickBooks online are not very complete. As I mentioned earlier since this platform was originally Tsheets and it was not intended to fully integrate with this platform, so there is a long way to go for the integrations of this platform to the other QuickBooks to take effect in order to have a clean integration without even have the use of APIs. This would also solve many errors that occur daily with this platform, such as synchronizing customer accounts, which happen to be duplicated on several occasions, causing updates to be made on one side of this platform, but on the other side of QuickBooks online. are not done, making this the troublesome and tedious job of repairing. * Another problem I had with the switch from TSheets to QuickBooks Time is that the support got lousy, they take too long to respond, and they don't always have trained staff to offer the best business solutions, you pretty much have to come up with solutions on your own because technical support of this platform is unprofessional. Customer service was much better before the purchase of QuickBooks so now it is no longer reliable to look for reliable solutions or answers from this platform by customer service. If I had to change anything, the cost per employee is a bit steep at $4/EE plus a base charge, but otherwise everything else is fine. Would like more simple instructions. Sometimes its will glitch and go off line. However, support was able to rectify quickly.
