	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is very easy to use. Contracts are accessible everywhere I go, documents can easily be shared. ContractZen in safe to use. Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for e-signing. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. For a small company owner like me, the managing the documentation of contracts, Board meetings and Shareholder meetings had been an overwhelming task before ContractZen. The easy to use user interface keeps my documentation up to date and safe. The thing I like the most is the sharing, commenting and signing of the important documents from one platform. Cons Hopefully the standard pricing won’t get any higher. I am looking for the iOS client. But not a huge problem, I tend to use ContractZen from mobile browser instead. There really are no Cons from my point of view. Works like a charm for my needs.
