About
Conductral is a self-hosted workload automation (job scheduling) platform for data centres and IT operations. Jobs, dependencies, calendars and file transfers are planned and monitored centrally – across sites, servers and tenants.
Key features:
- Control-M import: read existing exports (jobs, folders, calendars, dependencies, variables), dry-run with coverage report, diff until cutover, parallel operation and migration acceptance
- Composer: graphical editor for jobs and flows, versioning, audit log
- Overwatch: live monitoring, day plan, SLA early warning, alerts and reactions (mail, webhook, follow-up job)
- Maestro: AI assistant that drafts proposals – a human confirms, nothing changes automatically
- Self-hosted on Linux or Windows, PostgreSQL, no cloud required, signed release packages (SBOM)
- Licensing per production environment based on active job definitions; agents, tenants, users and test environments included

About
OLake Go is an open-source data replication platform for moving operational data into data lakehouse storage. It connects to databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle Database, SQL Server, and IBM Db2, as well as Apache Kafka and object storage. The platform supports full-load and incremental ingestion, including change data capture for supported connectors, and writes data to Apache Iceberg tables and Parquet files using supported catalogs and storage targets. Data engineers and analytics platform teams can run ingestion jobs through the OLake UI or command-line workflows, deploy the software in their own infrastructure, and prepare synchronized lakehouse datasets for downstream querying and analytics. Docker-based deployment and connector-specific configuration let teams manage source connections, destinations, and data movement in a self-hosted environment.
