It consolidates the full project lifecycle, from fast, professional estimates to budgeting, invoicing, payments, change-order management, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, and real-time reporting, into a single interface. Its estimating module enables contractors to build detailed bids quickly, using customizable cost codes, markup or margin calculations, and either cost-plus or fixed-price models. Once an estimate is approved, it becomes the project budget; every subsequent bill, invoice, or change order automatically updates the budget so contractors maintain accurate job costing and profitability oversight. Payments to subcontractors or suppliers are built in, and support methods like ACH, checks, debit/credit cards, virtual cards, or Zelle, and invoices can be paid directly by clients through a portal to speed up cash flow.

Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are using this software for years and seeing the value everyday, saving us time, money, mistakes and effort. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. The ConWize estimation software has a user-friendly interface and one unified platform for improved worker communication We use this software for managing our bids in execution stage. All the info in the same place including the proposals and budget. Very helpful. Cons We are now transitioning into the execution phase which is a real milestone and takes time to guide all our users. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. There are a limited number of users allowed on the free plan, the issue was solved by upgrading to the paid plan We still have to set all our notifications within the system so it will send us an alert when to open new bids. It depends on the users, very long assimilation.
