It can be used for any form of data visualization and its great interface, templates and assets help ease the process. It also supports integration with other apps for file import/export and storage. Interface is easy to get used to. Can be used to create a number of diagrams. Cloud storage options. Provides a number of templates for different use cases. Easy to use and intuitive Interface. Large number of diagram objects. Predefined templates for use case diagrams. OneDrive support for cloud storage. Integration with Office suite. Cons Visio initially takes some time to setup and configure. Also it has slow loading times especially when the file is big. Takes really long time to start or load new project. Resource intensive - takes time to load . Not available on Linux or Mac.
