	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simple, stable and reliable. Free & Open source. Works with different SCM like git, svn and more. Can be extended with multiple plugins to enhance functionality cross platform and cross database. Has excellent tracking for in-house help ticket tracking and repositories for software. It's reasonably easy to use and setup is fast for developers, IT admins and devops alike. Cons Initial setup - self hosting , installing dependencies and customizing is technical and time taking. The stock interface looks a little dated but can be changed with themes plugins. Some modern automation software is lacking from other vendors to work with it. But, there are still some like Zapier which can integrate this tracker with Outlook for instance.
