	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We started using Finexer to handle bank account verification and payment initiation without adding more manual work to our processes. The transaction data has also been useful for keeping reconciliation in order, especially when we're dealing with a higher volume of activity. We integrated Finexer’s AIS API for account verification and transaction data. The setup was straightforward, and the consistent data has made automated reconciliation much easier. One of our biggest challenges was giving customers an up-to-date view of their finances without relying on manual uploads. Finexer let us connect accounts, retrieve transaction data, and initiate payments through a single integration. The enriched transaction data has also made reporting much more useful. We started using Finexer to automate bank account verification during employee onboarding. The account information has been consistent, and our operations team spends much less time reviewing banking details manually. Working with Finexer in live ERP environments, the main win has been consistency. Bank data comes in structured enough that reconciliation rules don’t break every month. Payment initiation is also more transparent than card flows—you can trace status without digging through multiple systems. It’s fairly low-maintenance once set up, which matters in busy finance ops teams. Cons There was some initial setup involved to get everything working with our existing workflow, but it was manageable. The focus is mainly on UK banking, so wider international coverage may require additional providers. Because we already had integrations with another Open Banking provider, moving across required some planning. The migration wasn't difficult, but it wasn't something we'd have wanted to do in the middle of a major product release. Production pricing is discussed through a short sales process rather than instant self-service, but it meant we ended up with a setup that matched our expected usage. It’s limited to UK banking coverage, so it doesn’t extend well if your setup includes international entities.
