Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cheap alternative number. Most text verification works. Voicemail works well. I like that you can customise ringtone that's different from other numbers. Cons Really bad customer service, rude and took a long time (over 2 weeks and many emails) to resolve the situation. Bad line quality, OK if you want to talk for a minute, then quality degrades making conversation untenable. Billing is different through the phone and through their website. Very poorly managed product.
