Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Clockify is an essential platform in our company because it helps us control the time that each employee spends on scheduled activities, this platform is capable of measuring the working time in general for each employee's day, in addition, it is also capable of Keep a record of all the activities that are completed within your working day and how long it takes to complete each of them. One of the first things that I love about this platform is the function to change the activity, this function allows a record of the time spent for each activity to be kept within the system, Each employee will have a button which they could press to inform the system Once you have started a new activity, the system will automatically count the time spent for the previous activity and it will also count the time that is elapsed in the current activity. Another thing I like about this platform is that it provides me with real-time monitoring of the amount of time worked by each employee. Just by accessing the main panel of this platform, I can find out how long an employee has been working in a day In addition, I can visualize in real time, the work time counter increases from the main panel. I also liked that this platform is also capable of counting the time spent by each employee within a specific website, this function is very important for us since it allows us to know how much time an employee spends on certain web pages, I consider that this function It is one of the most important since it helps us monitor web browsing and browsing time. I love this. It's easy to use, free, and works great. My whole team is remote, so I depend on this for accuracy. I have been using Clockify for almost for two years now in my remote outsourcing company and I absolutely love it! It is by far the best time tracking and expense tracking tool I have used. It is extremely easy to use and has a ton of great features. Some of my favourite features include the ability to track time and expenses for multiple projects, the ability to create invoices and track payments, the ability to track vacation and leave, and the reporting and analytics. Clockify has saved me a lot of time and money and I would highly recommend it to anyone especially for a remote company. Clockify is an amazing service that will help you perfect the way you manage your employees' work time, the way you can manage the work time each employee spends on various activities is impressive. The first thing that I like about this platform is that you can manage all the activities and see the status of each one of them in real time, within the main panel you can have a very precise activity management, in which you can see if the employee has completed an activity or if the activity is still pending, also, within this panel you can modify the delivery schedule of each activity, so that when that delivery schedule ends, the activity will be in a section of delayed activities, without Undoubtedly, this panel helps to manage all the activities in a complete way. Another thing that I like about this platform is that it automatically calculates the overtime hours of each employee, just by modifying the number of hours that each employee has to work, the platform will count those hours and also detect when the employee has worked. others, in this way to account for overtime and add it to the detailed report of each worker. Lastly, I love the way this platform has excellent integration with the Payroll system, you can use all the reports to make a payroll payment. Great time tracking program with many uses such as tracking employee work, time spent on clients, non-billables etc. Also free! Cons One of the main negative characteristics of this platform is the widget available for computers. The main reason why this Widget is negative is because it only allows you to view in real time the work hours that the system has recorded for each of the employees. , it does not allow you to create a new activity, it does not allow you to plan activities and it does not allow you to access the calendar of activities scheduled for specific dates, I consider that this Widget should be much more complete and offer much more advanced functions to be really useful. Another of the negative things that this platform has is that when I try to use my account within another device that is not registered, the system automatically asks me for a five-digit code, it is really annoying that you asked me for a code every time I am using a new device, I think this additional security only gets in the way when logging in on a new device. The last negative thing that this platform has is that currently there is no type of backup system to protect the information or the reports collected are the hours worked, so if for some reason access to this data is lost or are deleted, the Posted Hours reports cannot be retrieved. There is nothing about this software that I don't like. There is not much that I dislike about Clockify. The only thing I could say is that I would like the ability to track time for multiple projects in one place. Other than that, I absolutely love Clockify and would highly recommend it to anyone! The first negative factor of this platform is the web version, I have used the web version on several occasions, since accessing the web version is much easier and much faster than using the desktop version, however, the web version has a much slower data updating system than the other versions, I have noticed that the data and monitoring of work activity and the hours spent by each employee are not updated in real time as it happens from the computer version, I consider that this version web needs many improvements so that we can have real-time monitoring and we can know exactly how many hours have been worked by an employee. In addition, it also has to be an improvement on the free trial of this platform, since the free trial only allows you to add a certain number of employees to monitor activities and count working hours, it would be excellent if this little program had no limits and was available for a couple of days, so that employees can register correctly and the platform is successfully tested. Very little cons - sometimes minor difficulties with task/date picker.		Pros from Real Users Pros Good enough experience for the core product; does the job properly - so can't complain about any of that It is simple to track time or hours spent by employees when working using Hubstaff. Again, it is simple to generate payrolls or rather pay employees using accurate time tracking data. It a reliable tool for employees attendance and leave leave management. Hubstaff is really easy to use and user friendly software, definitely easy to navigate. I also love the productivity features, including the badges and the productivity percentages. I've used other software in the same niche and nonetheless other ones are not so stable and user friendly. It tracks every activity of the employee that happened on their computer. Helps to improve productivity in remote employees. Also, I can track the time spent on projects. Without admin permission, it can't be disabled. Lightweight and doesn't slow down the computer. Tracking capabilities, flexible price setting based on projects, very quick support response times, unlimited project viewers at no cost. I like the simplicity of Hubstaff's usage. I also like that it works both on PCs and Mac. Additionally, it gives good value for its price. And most of all, I like how the company is improving the product and adding more and more features to it. 1. Easy to use 2. Saves time 3. Increase productivity 4. Value for money This is why i like Hubstaff. Great way to track teams hours, deal with expenses and get a good overview of what is happening in your business. I would highly recommend this service. -Very robust features, even with the free version -Easily switch my timer from one task to the other as I need to jump from project to project throughout the day -Can track in the system what rate I'm charging each client (no more searching old emails to see agreed-upon rates) -Very easy to run reports and filter what I need -Lets me create a huge number of projects and easily archive the ones I no longer need - Easy integration onto your computer - Makes tracking hours and productivity seamless - Simple to track pay for each employee - Interface is easy to use and easy to change if need be
