About

ClipMe turns one long Kick, Twitch, or YouTube stream into up to 100 captioned short-form clips — and it cuts them while the stream is still live. The industry-standard workflow is polite and slow: wait for the VOD to land, run the transcript, hand the creator an unsorted pile of maybes. That workflow was designed for podcasts, and it shows.ClipMe taps the live Kick and Twitch HLS feeds and clips during the broadcast, so a streamer's highlights exist — captioned, reframed, ranked — before the stream ends. Kick has no public API for stream ingestion; most clipping tools skip the platform for exactly that reason. That ingestion layer is ClipMe's engineering moat, not a roadmap item. Detection is vision-rank, not transcript-only. Every second of a broadcast is scored across 18 proprietary signals — including chat velocity, a first-class signal most clippers ignore — and returned as a ranked shortlist of non-overlapping moments instead of an unranked dump.

About

Vidmoat is a hosted AI video editor built around delegation, hand over your footage, describe what you want, and the agent watches every minute, cuts it, captions it, grades it on a real timeline, and gives you back an edit you can still change by hand. The Moat AI agent understands what is said in clips at the word level, plans multi-step edits, self-corrects, and only changes what users request. Auto-Cut can review hours of footage, find strong takes, remove dead air, and stitch the story together while keeping every cut editable. One edit can then be reframed, re-timed, and re-hooked for TikTok, Reels, YouTube, and Shorts. Users can also send clips through Telegram or WhatsApp with natural-language instructions and receive finished videos back in chat. Underneath the agent is a full professional editor with speed ramps, transitions, masks, blend modes, color grades, LUTs, stabilization, word-level captions, filler-word removal, audio cleanup, auto-ducking, and AI-generated titles.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Unconstrained 1080p resolution, 42.0s multi-hour parse vs 258s legacy average, zero watermark locks, and native TikTok safe-zone UI mask.
  • The clips are actually good moments, and not just loud moments like the other companies I’ve tried previously.

Cons

  • Multi-track simultaneous crowd audio demands 60s transcript pass.
  • Me personally no problems… maybe if it could stitch videos together
