Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are Many Advantages to say about CIC like Real Time Dashboards, Various Protocol Connectivity Options, Different Format Transformation, Reference Tables for Ease Onboarding, Identifying the Job Failure, Alerts for Unprocessed files, etc. The overall use of the product will be easy as an Admin or Support for this product. Cons There is no Cons but there are few enhancements required compared to the other EDI products in the market. I hope those will be taken care by Cleo in Future.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is user friendly and intuitive, it's easy to find your way around. The support team replies quickly whenever we need help, they know how to work with both modern and older systems, which had been very helpful. --Great service. Timely responses from the team when I reach out for requests and new opportunities. --Platform easy to navigate. The user interface of ConnectPointz is simple to navigate and understand. --Integration capability. The supporting team can integrate with the retailers I need and have a lot of experience integrating with current and legacy ERPs used by my clients. --Pricing. Pricing is very competitive and usually cheaper than other, more well known integration products and services. Easy to use, self explanatory, very functional, provides instant feedback, layout is very easy to use. Easy to use, really good support from the employees, you get the information really fast, it’s a friendly platform. Cons We would like more supported retailers and merge all systems in one interface. --Keep updating and expanding your list of retailers, ERPs, carriers, 3PLs that you support. --Continue to improve the ConnectPointz experience for users. This includes combining all the aspects of retail management, 3PL and Carrier support into a single visual for clients. There should be more other functions for EDI transmittal. I got confused the first time I used it but after having a support zoom with en employee i understood it!
