Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Infocapture module has been one of they key game changes for how we run our organization. We continue to build our operational workflows around it. It just works. Easy to use, great design and we’ve never had a problem getting hold of a human when we’ve needed something. We've been using the software internally for over 10 years, and it truly is our digital starting point for all employees. We use it to keep track of our clients, build eforms, (including leave, expense, incident and a risk register) news, document management, training and much more. For us, it is the first thing people open in the morning to access everything they need. Cons We have not fully leveraged the multiple team sites that can be created. Nothing much - a few delays on some recent upgrades . It has many features, so this is not so much a con, but you need to be clear on what you need to roll out during implementation.
