About
Claimory is collision shop management software built specifically for body shops, not general auto repair. It organizes every claim from initial contact through final payment, keeps the team on the same page, and helps shops stop leaving supplement money on the table.
The platform works alongside CCC ONE, Mitchell, and Audatex. Built-in AI reviews estimates against OEM guidelines, photos, and supplement history to catch undercharges before finalization. A per-claim AI drawer answers questions, drafts adjuster emails in the shop's voice, and summarizes photo sets. Every AI draft is human-reviewed before sending.
Core capabilities: full claim lifecycle tracking, supplement aging with per-carrier thresholds, AI claim review, photo documentation, two-way SMS, electronic signatures, customer portal with real-time repair status, total loss workflow, cycle time dashboard, and shop performance reporting.
Built by collision shop operators for collision shop operators.

About
Daedalus is shop-management software for independent auto repair shops: repair orders, estimates, customer approvals, invoicing, payments and scheduling on one record.
An assistant runs alongside the regular screens — pull a vehicle's history, update a repair order, check the schedule. Hand it a fragment like "stalls at idle, new coil and plugs, 1.2 hr" and it works out which piece is which, and what to charge for it. A person approves before anything reaches the record.
Customers get a portal under the shop's own branding: follow the job, approve the estimate, pay the invoice. They can ask it questions rather than calling, and it hands off to a person when it can't answer.
Shop data exports in full at any time.

Independent auto repair shops. Owners and managers watching the numbers, service advisors writing estimates and chasing approvals, technicians recording what they found and what they did — and the shop's own customers, who get a portal of their own. Mobile jobs run on the same records.

CategoriesDaedalus is auto repair shop management software for independent shops: repair orders, estimates, customer approvals, invoicing, payments and scheduling all held on one record. A service writer hands the assistant a rough note such as a symptom plus the parts fitted and the hours taken, and gets back a priced draft to review. Nothing reaches the repair order until a person approves it. Vehicle owners follow the job, approve work and pay through a portal carrying the shop's own branding. Shop data exports in full at any time and is backed up nightly, encrypted, to a storage bucket the shop owns. |
