Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was switching from Stitch Labs and found they were most similar. They offer inventory management across several platforms, plus Quickbooks integration. The initial sales call was promising and I liked the pricing they were able to offer. System is very user friendly, it has great feature of stock location, pick n pack. Accounting works seamlessly. Manage stock without excel, packing slip is really helpful. Facts that you do have to do any manual calculations. Cons There are no easily visible or searchable checks and balances to know if the system is working properly. For a company that claims to have been in business for a while, I continue to find tech issues during the onboarding process that no one seems to have found before. For example, my Etsy store wasn't talking to Cin7 to tell it to close an order automatically. No one even knew. Reporting is little bit confusing, but once you've grown familiar with it, it works fine. Reconciled payments on xero do not appear on invoice straight away.		Pros from Real Users Pros I have been using RetailEdge (RE) for 15 years to help manage my small business. RE is a fantastic database that allows for multi-faceted reports to assist with decision making to manage and grow my business. Need tech support? They are there for you! And yes a real human will be assisting you. You guys are great! RE is always updating their system to accommodate any needs you may want or need and at a reasonable price. So glad I chose your product over other competitors. Thank you :) The soft is easy to use, it is reliable, easy to use, the back office features really amazes me and the support bus on point. Extremely simple to set up and use, customer service very understanding and super fast to response, very well priced, loaded with amazing features, one time payment. Isaac guided me through my mistakes, and he advised me in a professional way until he fixed them. Thank you Isaac. The support and sales teams are responsive. They go above and beyond and the product is constantly evolving based on users' input. There are is not a huge investment and all your data can be exported to Excel. This was a huge influence as I was unsure when starting my business what type of system I would actually need. If I changed my mind I could transfer data. After 10 years I have not changed my mind. Very low monthly fees and great customer service. Easy to learn. Easy to customize to my unique store. Multiple locations all can seen from any location. Support team Is GREAT and fast to return call and questions. Many options available, easy to use, lots of reports to create different type of reports for different task. I love how customizable RE is, their customer support is top notch, and their pricing is unmatched. Plus, it's super easy to use, and has proven reliable for the 5 years I've had it, so far! With 0 experience in using POS software this program was super easy to install, setup, and use! Customer Service is excellent, they answer any questions you have!
