Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Chefdesk has made our daily restaurant operations much easier to manage. It is simple for our staff to use, helps us keep orders organized during busy periods, and gives us useful insight into sales and menu performance. The ability to update menus quickly and the responsive support team have been especially valuable for us. Cons The initial setup took a little time because of our menu and customization needs, and new staff need brief training to get fully comfortable. We would also appreciate more flexible reporting and integrations. Overall, these are manageable points, but improving them would make the platform even stronger	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing at all piece of crap. They will go into your account without your concern and deduct money. For doing very much nothing. I never found any, it was too good to be true. Telephone call sounded good but it all fell apart once I placed the order. I love the idea of a POS system with a one time payment for the software, or having the option of a monthly payment. It's pretty simple to use. Easy to organize your system. Cons Nothing at all. Just taking your money for nothing. They are very deceptive to make the sale and refuse to reply to any call after the sale. They make false claims to sell equipment. They never reply to calls in a timely manner, very poor customer support. I do not recommend. Hard to set up initially. There is ZERO documentation. And only a few how to videos on youtube. So if you run into problems you have to call their number which is only available during 9-5 hours. The printer is hard to set up. We have a 58 mm printer and it's extremely hard to read what is printed out, and our logo is pretty much unreadable. I think the One time Price tag for the software is a tad high for what you get.
