Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Chefdesk has made our daily restaurant operations much easier to manage. It is simple for our staff to use, helps us keep orders organized during busy periods, and gives us useful insight into sales and menu performance. The ability to update menus quickly and the responsive support team have been especially valuable for us. Cons The initial setup took a little time because of our menu and customization needs, and new staff need brief training to get fully comfortable. We would also appreciate more flexible reporting and integrations. Overall, these are manageable points, but improving them would make the platform even stronger
