	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I looked at multiple approaches to doing this and RagmyAI was the winner, so that's the executive summary. I can train the AI and embed the AI chatbot into my website. The free plan has unlimited chat messages. So it always works on my website. Cons We're still testing the free trial, so the free trial limits are the obvious cons, but there's an obvious solution to those. Not much customization. Could be better if can customize the appearance of the chat window on my website.
