Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not really anything to say here but i'm told to fill in. We stopped using not long after we started. Cons We have previously informed them that we cancelled the plan via WhatsApp. They acknowledged back then but they still proceeded to charge 1 year subscription fee. I've sent them subsequent emails but no response, and their website chat function is talking to a bot. Before the billing i've tried to reach them, but the bot don't let me talk to a real person. Now they aren't responding when asked for a refund. For new users, please try something else, unless you like talking to a bot to resolve your issues.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros SendApp has made it easier for us to keep customer conversations organized and automate some of the messages we previously handled manually. Having the main communication tools available from one dashboard is especially convenient for our team. We use SendApp for both WhatsApp customer conversations and marketing activities. Templates and automation have reduced a lot of repetitive work. Order and delivery messages go out automatically and most people read them. The shared inbox lets dispatch and customer care work together without confusion. Setting up promo campaigns is also pretty straightforward. For us, one of the most useful aspects of SendApp is the possibility of connecting it with our existing systems through APIs. This allowed us to automate several communication processes while our staff can still work from a simple interface. We started using SendApp because managing WhatsApp conversations manually was becoming difficult. Having contacts, conversations and automations in one place has made things much easier for our team. Cons A few of the more advanced features took some time to get familiar with, but after learning how they work, they’ve helped us save time. Meta's rules for WhatsApp marketing can initially be a little complicated to understand, but once everything is configured the daily workflow is straightforward. Waiting for WhatsApp template approval can take longer than we’d like sometimes. I would like to see even more examples in the technical documentation. Setup took us a little time, especially the Meta side, but support helped us through it
