Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not really anything to say here but i'm told to fill in. We stopped using not long after we started. Cons We have previously informed them that we cancelled the plan via WhatsApp. They acknowledged back then but they still proceeded to charge 1 year subscription fee. I've sent them subsequent emails but no response, and their website chat function is talking to a bot. Before the billing i've tried to reach them, but the bot don't let me talk to a real person. Now they aren't responding when asked for a refund. For new users, please try something else, unless you like talking to a bot to resolve your issues.
