Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The easy of the app and the reports that come out of it. I was able to have my entire team use the same checklists and even implement mandatory checks - the state of the building report is amazing!!!! Cons Took a while to get our team up and running but once they where used to the app it became a breeze. It is however a bit pricey.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Upkeep gives options to check maintenance and task reports. Upkeep is available on Cross-platform, so it's easy to access. It gives you to start work order and request. It displays a reminder for the maintenance checklist. Cons The request submitted in the checklist gets automatically removed.
