Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We like the ease of use, there wasn’t much of a learning curve. We really like the service part of it. Especially the time tracking and also the service report that is attached to the invoices. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and thoughtfully built for the unique needs of our industry. What truly sets this software apart is the outstanding support team behind it. Their responsiveness and attentiveness are unmatched - whether we have needed quick troubleshooting to best practice guidance, Centerpoint Connect has always been there with timely and knowledgeable assistance. Great team to work with! We switched our system to CenterPoint in July and while it has been a learning curve for our team, everyone at CenterPoint has been wonderful. They answer all of our questions, walk us through the best way to do things and have helped streamline our day to day activities in the office. Dylan has been working with us and training us how to use their system. They aren't the type of company to onboard you and let you figure it out yourself, they are with you the entire way. - Highly responsive support team with excellent onboarding and training - Constant product innovation and feature rollouts - True all-in-one software solution for commercial roofing companies - Competitive and affordable pricing This CRM is a one stop shop for client management as well as the workflow design being very user friendly. CenterPoint Connect is an extreme upgrade to anything I have ever seen for Client interaction and internal features world of commercial roofing. Cons There not much to complain about! I guess maybe the invoicing could be improved a little bit. It would be nice to be able to download a material list and the repair library could be updated so we could have labor and materials breakdown for each repair. Customized reporting, however with the most recent update the reporting is user friendly and gets us the information that we need. Good job team!! There isn't much we don't like, as if we suggest something to change the team is very positive and usually take it into consideration - they are all about making the best platform for all users. - Mobile app features are still developing - Because it’s a specialized commercial roofing platform, training new team members can take time—but the onboarding team makes this much easier It is not an accounting software but does have options for integration.
