Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have helped build the POS with the previous owner since they sold the company it's been going down the drain Cons been working with them for 6 years. They were a very good company before for some reason everything went down the drain.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything from the easy-to-use interface to the wealth of knowledge that is provided by RepairDesk even without the software subscription they tell you exactly how to make a successful business. Cons I guess the only downside is well I cant think of one.
