It is the most easiest and convenient app for Amazon Sellers. I always appreciate the prompt and excellent support I get from the staff at CED. The app takes a while to navigate. But you can't fault the excellent service. Cons No cons—flawless service so far since I use it.... Can't edit product feed manually. Can't remove products from product list in app. Time was too short. I was just rushing everything because of the time was short. No Cons Yet, I have used this for quite sometime and it works well. The template and uploading is a bit hard to follow at times. I've made a few mistakes, but the staff always point me back in the right direction.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros With the goal of adding more sales outlets the necessity to garner a multi-channel integrator support was becoming inevitable. I turned for support to MarketPlaceWorks and was smitten! Very satisfied with the benefits of better inventory control, ease in multi E commerce sites listings and cross-channel sales management. From the moment you sign up you get a solutions specialist to walk you through the system and answer any question from a friendly person in the U.S. It is a breath of fresh air to talk to someone when dealing with software. They offer customized solutions that make sense for your particular business, not everyone is the same. One of the unique features is that they are integrated with multiple distributors/vendors and can easily add someone you work with. This easily increased our sales with so little work on our part, and the system doing all the work. We also loved they work with Reverb when no one else really offered what they do Cons Not if you are looking for a solution that offers attractive user interface and intuitive navigation style; Great customer service; pricing is competitive. The only con we have faced is that they do not work with every single ecommerce platform but this is the case with everyone in this space, their focus is on Shopify the largest. However they tell us they are adding new marketplaces and features throughout the year, or even listening to your needs as a seller and taking action to implement things that are higher priority for you.
