It is the most easiest and convenient app for Amazon Sellers. I always appreciate the prompt and excellent support I get from the staff at CED. The app takes a while to navigate. But you can't fault the excellent service. Cons No cons—flawless service so far since I use it.... Can't edit product feed manually. Can't remove products from product list in app. Time was too short. I was just rushing everything because of the time was short. No Cons Yet, I have used this for quite sometime and it works well. The template and uploading is a bit hard to follow at times. I've made a few mistakes, but the staff always point me back in the right direction.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Honestly, Hopted has been a total lifesaver for my Amazon business. Before this, I was wasting hours every week downloading CVSs and trying to manually merge sales and FBA fees in a spreadsheet. Now, I just open my Google sheet and the data is already there, updated in real-time. It just makes profit tracking and forecasting so much less painful. Hopted makes managing my Amazon account a breeze. I love that I can get all of my store data into a google sheet easily and cost effectively. The data is real time from Amazon and the refreshes never fail. Their support is also amazing and is able to email me back to answer any question I have within 24 hours. I've been very impressed with them. Cons The only small thing is that when you start pulling massive amounts of historical data, the initial connection can take a little while. But once it's up and running and on its scheduled sync, it’s flawless. All of the limitations that I have seen with Hopted are due to Google Sheets (lagging) because I reference the data into so many other sheets since the data is so valuable.
