It is the most easiest and convenient app for Amazon Sellers. I always appreciate the prompt and excellent support I get from the staff at CED. The app takes a while to navigate. But you can't fault the excellent service. Cons No cons—flawless service so far since I use it.... Can't edit product feed manually. Can't remove products from product list in app. Time was too short. I was just rushing everything because of the time was short. No Cons Yet, I have used this for quite sometime and it works well. The template and uploading is a bit hard to follow at times. I've made a few mistakes, but the staff always point me back in the right direction. Before, I had to manage orders, check stock, prepare shipments and update records in different places. With ExactFlow, I can manage orders and warehouse stock in one system. I also like that we can scan products, check available stock and manage returns without keeping separate records for everything. ExactFlow has completely transformed how we manage inventory, stocktakes, and daily workflows. Its clean interface and automated features save us hours of manual work every week, making our operations faster, highly organized, and virtually error-free. Exact Flow is straightforward to set up and simple to navigate, even for team members who aren’t very technical. It cuts down on manual steps in our daily processes and keeps everything organized, which has noticeably improved our efficiency. ExactFlow Order Management makes it easy to manage all my orders in one place, and the automation saves me a lot of time on repetitive tasks. I also like that the workflow is clean and organized, especially when it comes to fulfillment. ExactFlow makes it easier to keep track of orders and inventory without having to manage everything manually. I find the centralized view particularly useful when dealing with orders from different sales channels. Cons There are many features to learn, and setting up the warehouse took some time. We also had to organize our product information before everything worked the way we wanted. The initial setup can take a bit of time to configure complex workflows, but it works smoothly once done. Customization is somewhat limited, and a few of the advanced features have a learning curve. More detailed guides or tutorials would help new users get up to speed faster. It took me a little time to get familiar with all the features, and I think having more customization options would make it even better. It takes some time to get familiar with the platform, especially when setting up the workflow and integrations. The interface could be a little more intuitive for new users.
