Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Site is easy to use Team polite Site with good design It was simple to integrate and they have recurring payments which is a must for my business model I always get quick responses from customer support, can easily track all my transactions and generally have everything I need. Cons Pay each month (what is complicated) Ask many many documents Day of payment they not pay Search new reasons do not pay (like rules or law) would be useful if they supported more currencies. Only one thing - no AmEx support, but currently it is just a nice to have.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Receiving payments through Chargebee is extremely fast, in less than a second our money is already in our Wallet, maintaining customer and consumer security above all else. It has a very good integration with other store apps such as Shopify. Chargebee excels at everything. It has a variety of customization as well as plenty of the latest up to date protocols so my users feel secure using its checkout features. Chargebee provide plug and play billing system. It is a billing software allows to schedule recurring bills. Manual errors are eliminated with the use of this software. Easily customisable features. Its robust billing system helps sales team to run any promotional or special offers. Good customer support. Super easy to use and not hard to implement. Works very well for subscription based needs too which is awesome. Cons Despite being a payment system known for its speed in transactions, it should also be known that it has an unintuitive interface that if not known and used properly, can generate errors in transactions, which is very little beneficial for business accounting. There are not many cons if any. Chargebee has competitors but none have the features Chargebee has. Once this software is there no need to worry about bills, payments and refunds. Perfect billing software for any company. There aren't any I can think of. It's great to use.
