About

CapaOne is a cloud-based endpoint management platform that consolidates the work IT teams normally spread across four to six separate tools. One console, one agent. Application Manager automates third-party application updates and deployment. Privilege Manager removes standing local admin rights and grants just-in-time elevation through Entra ID groups. Provision Manager handles bare-metal OS deployment and driver orchestration. Security Monitor maps CVEs to the endpoints they affect and prioritizes by exploitability. Experience Monitor tracks device reliability. Mobile Manager covers enrollment, configuration, and app delivery across iOS, iPadOS, and Android. Built for organizations of 200 to 1,000 employees with IT teams of 5 to 20. Deployment takes days, not months, with no implementation consultants. CapaOne is a complete endpoint management platform — designed to work with Microsoft Intune, or entirely without it. Danish-built and EU-hosted, with no transfer to US jurisdiction.

About

Seamlessly manage and protect your devices across all operating systems (OS). IBM® MaaS360® is uniquely equipped to help IT professionals manage a wide variety of endpoints, apps, and data, and protect them efficiently and productively. MaaS360 offers unified endpoint management (UEM) capabilities such as: Streamlined enrollment: IT pros don’t need to touch devices to enroll them. The device setup is already configured in the MaaS360 pre-deployment phase, and corporate resources are handled by over-the-air provisioning. Simplified endpoint management: Manage virtually all device types and the main OS, such as Apple iOS, Android, iPadOS, Microsoft Windows, and Google ChromeOS, from a single console. Take advantage of the simple self-service provisioning process, same-day OS support for the latest platform and 24x7 support by chat, phone, and email.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Easy to manage and monitor mobile devices Strong security and compliance features Supports multiple platforms (Android, iOS, Windows) Reliable performance for enterprise environments Good reporting and tracking capabilities Helps improve device control and data protection
  • Nothing that i can think of. Seriously. We had an external company come in to set this up for us and I don't think it was set up properly as they seem to have set us up as personal device with a work profile when it should have been corporate owned fully managed.

Cons

  • Interface could be more user-friendly Initial setup can be complex Performance may slow with larger deployments
  • Everything. application lags. Delays in fixing bugs.
