Cons They don't have any tutorial to how to use the application. User interface is not the easiest thing to use, their support is not 24/7 which makes it harder due to my timezone. ...and then shoots those hopes down. In the status it says it's all good and working, but it doesn't actually work for the 2captcha methods I needed. The customer support was utterly useless, saying I need to read the instructions (which I did read and follow off the bat, multiple times), and then wasted 5 days of my time thinking it was me who made the mistake.... And then a day later the dev tells me it turns out it DOESN'T work at their end for anybody and it was their fault all along, don't even bother apologising, said they'd look at it in a few days, and doesn't even offer to refund me because "we don't do refunds, read our policy" even though it straight up claims to work for that captcha solution, but doesn't, and they admitted it. I also noticed they've removed the open feedback from users completely, and I assume it's because others have the exact problem I have and they don't want word to get out so they mute you. Support is not always online. I really can't think of anything else. N/A.
