This innovative solution enables multiple workgroups to utilise shared equipment in a time-efficient manner, while ensuring the lab space is optimally allocated to specific groups. Scheduled room occupancy is shared and accessible for viewing at any time and from any location, facilitating convenient lab booking management. Centralised platform Improved efficiency Enhanced collaboration Real-time availability & reporting User-friendly interface Strong customer support 24/7 access from any computer to plan and assure needed equipment will be available. Every students or lab personnel know when equipment is available. No more losing an experiment because the plate had to sit too long before being read... Awesome customer service! Easy to add new users. their roles and new instruments. New students learnt it very quickly. Really nice overview of the user current and future bookings. As an administrator, very nice overview of students booking and possibility to cancel them and/or book it for different time slot if there is a clash This is a fantastic product that is easy to use and manage. The support team has consistently been prompt, helpful, and timely. Highly recommended! Cons Following a year of using the software, we are pleased to report that our experience of working with Clustermarket has been satisfactory. I am genuinely struggling to think of any, though would love a dark mode! A little tricky to learn to use but then it is so helpful Booking range is 15 min, could be more flexible. Ideally it would be free of charge None. I don't have any concerns or problems with the product or the service.		Pros from Real Users Pros It is a good platform to carry out maintenance of different kinds, with a quality of order easy to configure in relation to the quality of the internet connection you have, so the work can be as adaptable as required at the time. Emaint also allows working with offline maintenance sessions. Emaint is a software with many qualities when it comes to monitoring the progress of maintenance sessions, which can be segmented and organized depending on different priority prospects. The platform connects very well to online call execution and helpdesk services, making it ideal for use alongside software such as TeamViewer. Emaint stands out for being one of the few CMMS services that are kept up to date, with contact directory tools to make maintenance with customers faster. Although our focus with Emaint is computer network maintenance, it can be used for all types of physical and digital applications.
