• Biggest pros are ease of use as well as helping with office organization. The service center makes tracking claims easy
• Service Center is the electronic claims clearinghouse for hundreds of insurance plans. It has a very simple user interface with a low learning curve. It is very easy to set up. You can create unlimited number of templates which can be reused on multiple claims of the same diagnoses and/or CPT codes.
• Very easy to use. You know immediately if your claims have errors or not. Claims submission is less stressful
• I am a private practice clinician and I file my own claims. Couldn’t be easier! Capacity to store patient information makes my work so efficient and time effective.
• OA is able to interface with older software. I like that they are based in the Pacific Northwest. They have improved the look of the interface recently.
• Easy to use, affordable and I love having the choice to work with the newer or older version of this software, which comes in handy for someone that experiences difficulty w/ transitions/change.
• Accuracy and the Service Center is amazing! The system is always available. Using the system is easy.
• OFFICE ALLY HAS MULTIPLE LEVELS TO SET UP CHARTING, BILLING, LOCAL AND STATE MANDATE much easier than any other billing system and keeps more information that helps with any new questions from patient, their primaries, their attorneys. When cannot figure one area out there is a computer contact which helps with almost any concern or stopping point that I hit.
• Everything sorted into larger groupings, so workflow improved. Nicer design elements make applications appear more modern and easier to access.
• I started using Office Ally in our business about a dozen years ago. We have a billing service. Office Ally offers a superior product because the practice management system (PMS) is integrated with the clearinghouse. I've used many types of PMSs over my 40 years in the field and with other systems that don't have their own clearinghouse, there are issues with the integration of the clearinghouse . Some PMSs, don't even bill secondary claims. Office Ally support is also superior. They answer the phone in a short period of time and can remote in if there are issues.
