	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Range of content is good though sometimes they lack the most up to date version of editions which could be an area to improve. 1. Super rich study resources: books, videos, conference, hands-on tutorials and live courses, interactive... 2. The best place to get the LATEST cutting edge technical books. 3. Great customer service. 4. NLU based search engine rocks! Cons Mobile app has deteriorated over several years to the point of being almost unusable. No Cons. The best learning resources I've ever had. Will continue using it!
