Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The new version allows to have a better organization of documents. It also allows adding stages of signers which benefits my signing process. With the new version of CINCEL, I can now upload documents in any format and the software automatically converts it to .pdf format. I liked that they have organized the documentation of their API, they have a sandbox, which has allowed us to carry out tests. I like that it has no extra features. In this new version, they added new features, for example, signature sequence and file to pdf converter, that was what I liked the most about CINCEL. Cons I would like the interface to be more colorful and customizable, although it currently looks great and fulfills its function at the design level. In my opinion, even more features are needed, they will surely consider them in the next version. I would like CINCEL to have more plan options and will consider adding new features. It seems to me that the configuration, tutorials and instructions should be available in another language. Perhaps I would have liked the colors and interface design to be more innovative.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simple and secure platform to send and sign documents online from anyplace. Google Drive integration to store documents directly. Easy to share to take multiple signatures to one documents. Simple to use. Drag & drop feature. Multiple pricing options make it affordable. Great customer support. Available on mobile. - This makes it really easy for companies to securely send and collect documents, NDAs etc that require a signature. - The concept of templates is quite useful especially given that most documents are similar. eSign Genie is an absolute blessing. They make it incredibly easy to not only sign legal documents but to also store them. Plus not just one signature can be given in several file types . Very easy to use and the pricing structure is perfect for small businesses. I can send contract out in minutes. Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. Loading time needs to be reduced. Font options can be increased. - Can get a bit intimidating initially since the whole concept of E-Signatures is new. - Rarely the platform is slow to load on the client side. eSign Genie has no flaws that I can spot yet. I've also researched E-sign genie to see what others thought and I still cant find any flaws it's such a great product. Nothing really. It is a very simple service and it does what I need.
