Puzzle Auto positions itself as an AI employee platform for auto dealerships, operating 24/7 to convert leads and missed calls into appointments without human intervention. The system handles inbound and outbound sales, service, trade, finance, and maintenance inquiries via phone, SMS, and email; it conducts conversations that feel human, captures customer data, sends call summaries and recordings to CRM systems, and schedules appointments automatically. It works with CRM, DMS, calendars, and telephony systems, and supports customizable workflows and use cases (over 50 templates) to match each dealer’s operations. On the data side, Puzzle Auto also provides a data cloud (Puzzle OS) which unifies over 1,000 auto retail metrics, spanning sales, marketing, fixed operations, market intelligence, and more into real-time scorecards, alerts, anomaly detection, forecasts, and dashboards.
